GGII NEWS - Career Day 2024

GGII NEWS – Career Day 2024

With great pleasure we inform you that the Career Day will be held again this year, now in its 11th edition and organized in collaboration with the Embassy, AGIC and the Chamber of Commerce.

The event will take place on Saturday 25 May, both at the Italian Cultural Institute in Beijing and online via the Webex platform, from 3pm to 7pm.

The day will be divided into two parts: we will start with a seminar during which information will be provided on the world of work, the equivalence of qualifications, work visas and possible career opportunities for students. Subsequently, there will be a job fair where participants will have the opportunity to interact directly with companies and present their CV.

Considering the positive results of our past collaborations, we sincerely hope that this year too you will be able to spread the word about the initiative as its collaborators.

I attach the Save the date of the event and the Program below

4.45pm – 7.00pm Job Fair with companies (offline only)

Registration:
To register for the event, you must scan the QR Code on the flyer. To participate in the live streaming on Webex, however, this is the link: https://maeci.webex.com/maeci/j.php?MTID=m49b8c00b8ff5fa125eecb4be32ee1927

Sending CV and contacting companies:

The vacancies for which students can apply are entered on the Job Board of the Chamber of Commerce (https://www.cameraitacina.com/jobboard/). To apply, it is necessary to send your CV to the companies and copy counsel@assogic.com, specifying in the subject of the email: “Career Day BJ – Candidate’s full name – Company name – Job position”. Applications can be submitted starting from Monday 20 May until 12:00 on Friday 24 May.

This option is designed for those who will participate in person, however nothing prevents those interested from contacting the companies. If this were the case, I would ask students to specify in the email that they will not physically participate in the job fair.
